What are the Running costs for my holiday home?
This is a common question and to answer this easily all charges are listed below, more in depth info can be found on the Terms and Conditions Page.

Site Fees - £2597.50 (7 month), £2909.50 (9 month) and £3220.00 (10 month - Kingfisher View)
Your annual site fee covers rental of the pitch for the entire 7/9 or 10 month season. This will also include local authority rates and services and goes towards Park maintenance, Wi-Fi connection and Park improvements.

Site fees can be paid in one of 3 ways:

1. Pay in full by 6th December and get a £50 discount!

For 7 month Season

2. Two instalments:  £1300.00    by 6th December
                                 £1297.50    by 1st March

3. Four instalments:  £661.86     by 6th December
                                  £661.88     by 1st March
                                  £661.88     by 1st May
                                  £661.88     by 1st July

If you want to join our other customers on a 9 month licence, inform the office staff and make arrangements to either pay the extra £312 upfront or spread it over your current payment dates

For 9 month Season

2. Two instalments:   £1456.00    by 6th December
                                  £1453.50    by 1st March

3. Four instalments:  £739.86     by 6th December
                                  £739.88     by 1st March
                                  £739.88     by 1st May
                                  £739.88     by 1st July
 

Kingfisher View - 10 month Season

2. Two instalments:  £1610.00   by 6th December
                                 £1610.00   by 1st March

 3. Four instalments:  £805.00     by 6th December
                                  £805.00     by 1st March
                                  £805.00     by 1st May
                                  £805.00     by 1st July
        

Electricity

Electricity on the park is metered, average consumption would be around £100

Gas

Cylinders are sold on site at the following prices:
15kg for 30.00
19kg for £37.14
47kg for £78.82

Caravan Insurance

We can recommend an Insurer and provide you with their telephone number, but by all means shop around. We advise Reinstatement Insurance rather than Market Value insurance.

Total Cost

All together this means the complete running cost of your holiday home at New Romney Caravan Park will be between:

£2600 - £2900 for a 7 month season

£2950 - £3250 for a 9 month season

£3250 - £3550 for a 10 month season
